I love helping people with their financing. I am truly passionate about my profession and as a result nearly a 100% of my business is by referrals from satisfied clients, trusted business partners and some of the most experienced real estate agents in Chico, Paradise and surrounding areas.

My goal is to carefully guide clients through the entire loan process, so that they feel confident making choices about the different options available for their financing needs.

I have vast experience in all types of financing from VA, FHA, CalSTRS, USDA, HOME Path and more. Because of my business ethic and knowledge, I have earned the Platinum Presidents Club Award for 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. I was also awarded the Affiliate of the Year Award for 2008 by the Paradise Association of Realtors.

My experience includes First Time Home Buyer Programs that includes down payment assistance loans provided by local and state agencies that help those that otherwise may not be able to purchase a home.
