In 1988 when I purchased my first home I became interested in a career in Real Estate.  I loved the idea of being able to make a living and at the same time help people realize their dreams of home ownership.  In 1989 I became an intern at the San Jose Real Estate Board learning all aspects of Real Estate transactions.  In 1991 I received my Certification in Real Estate.

I moved to Sonoma County in 1992 and accepted a job in the Mortgage Loan Underwriting/QC Department and became Certified in Mortgage Loan Underwriting.  In 1993 I became a Loan Officer.  Over the years I have enjoyed helping customers achieve their goals either through various types of refinances or new home purchase.  I have also enjoyed being a Team Leader and Mentor to other Loan Officers just entering the business or needing guidance.

In 2004 I became Certified with the state to originate CalHFA loans.  These loans allow first time homebuyers to purchase a new home with no money for down payments or closing costs.  This program also offers various low monthly fixed rate payments on either 30 yr, 40 yr, or 35 yr with 5 year interest only payments.

I have been fortunate to achieve Million Dollar Club, Top Branch or Elite Producer over the years (1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2001, 2002 & 2005).  These accomplishments are a result of concentrating solely on the needs of my customers.
