I have been in the real estate lending industry since 1987. Prior to that I sold residential,
industrial, commercial real estate as well as "business opportunities." My vast experience
within the real estate and lending industries has enabled me to service my Realtor clients and
their buyers with professional confidence in a "time is of the essence" manner.

The Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta and Indio area, known as the
"Coachella Valley" is a very unique area for home financing. Many of our homes are "second
homes" and may be located on Indian Lease Land and many are located in gated communities
with home owner associations.
Home prices in the Coachella Valley range from condos with prices at $40,000 to executive
estates with prices well in excess of $4,000,000!
Lending in this area requires an extensive knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional and Jumbo
Loan Products as well as loans for borrowers who have had credit issues. It is my knowledge
of these products and the unique property types in this area that enables me to service my
Realtors and their clients in such a successful and timely manner. I would welcome the
